About the Workshop
Discover the foundations of meditation in this beginner-friendly workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and experience the benefits of a calm and steady mind. No experience is necessary - this workshop is open to anyone curious about meditation or looking to begin a simple and sustainable practice.
Together we will explore what meditation truly is, moving beyond common misconceptions and learning how it can support greater clarity, balance, and inner calm in everyday life. You will also gain insight into the habits, thought patterns, and external factors that may be disrupting your sense of peace, and learn practical ways to return to a more grounded state.
Throughout the workshop, you will be guided through three different meditation techniques. Each style offers a unique approach to cultivating awareness and presence, allowing you to experience what feels most natural and supportive for you.
By the end of the session, you will leave with practical tools and a simple framework to begin or deepen your own meditation practice, giving you the confidence to integrate meditation into your daily life.
