Christine Rule

Christine Rule has been teaching yoga for over 5 years and is a Level 2 (advanced) registered yoga teacher with Yoga Australia. Having personally experienced the incredible physical and mental benefits of yoga, she loves nurturing her students with a flowing class that will allow students to feel both relaxed and energised. Drawing on her experience of many styles of yoga including Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Yin she works to incorporate all aspects of yoga including pranayama, meditation, physiology and philosophy into her classes.

Having enjoyed yoga prior to and following the birth of her three children she also has a passion for pre/post-natal and children’s yoga.
