Hilary discovered Pilates 10 years ago and quickly found it to be the most effective way to reconnect with her body after having children. What began as a personal practice soon evolved into a passion she felt compelled to share.
Today, Hilary brings a vibrant, energetic approach to teaching, creating classes that are both enjoyable and impactful. She’s passionate about movement that not only builds strength, but also enhances mobility, flexibility, and cognitive connection.
