Nicole

Nicole grew up loving and practising all kinds of physical movement. She began practising yoga during her adolescent years and very quickly fell in love with the sense of deep connection, expansiveness, inner trust and freedom she felt every time she stepped on her mat. Nicole completed her 500 hour vinyasa teaching training in 2019 followed by a yogic philosophy course in India. She has since completed training in yin yoga, and embodied tantric Ayurveda, as well as a Master in Psychology.

Nicole deeply appreciates how healing the linkage of embodied movement & intentional breath can be for the modern practitioner. Her classes are dynamic, and playful, yet soft and nurturing, interwoven with opportunity to explore gentle intuitive movement & deep bodied sensation. She continues to be inspired by nature and its seasons, Ayurveda and energy work.
