This October, join us for 21 days of movement, connection and community.

This is an invitation to reset and connect with yourself, your practice, and the Soul Haven; community.

As the busy season approaches, take this time to reset and reconnect with your practice, nourish your nervous system, and bring life into balance.

What’s Involved: 

• 21 days of unlimited access across our 2 Mornington studios — including Heated and Non-Heated Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and Pilates Barre

• A complimentary Infrared Sauna with Red Light Therapy session to support your wellbeing

• A personalised 21 Days of Connection Card — with mindful practices to inspire connection.

• Complete all 15 mindful practices on your Connection Card to go into the draw to win:

  • 1 x 6-month unlimited studio membership (valued at $1,400)

  • 1 x 3-month unlimited studio membership (valued at $800)

  • 1 x curated goodie bag with a collection of products from our favourite local businesses (valued at $500)

Terms & Conditions

• The 21 Days of Connection pass is valid from Monday 6 October to Sunday 26 October 2025 only.

• Members may join for free if they are on an active fortnightly or upfront membership (auto-renews or paid upfront in full).

• Non-members may purchase the 21-Day Studio Class Pass for $149, which includes unlimited classes during the event period and one complimentary Infrared Sauna with Red Light Therapy session.

• Students who complete the full 21 days (attend at least 15 classes and submit their completed Connection Card) will go into the draw to win prizes.

• To be eligible for the prize draw, your completed Connection Card must be submitted to the studio by Wednesday 29 October 2025. Winners will be drawn on Friday 31st October 2025.

• All class bookings can be made during the 21-day period only.

• No extensions, transfers or refunds are available.

• Standard class cancellation and no-show policies apply.

• The complimentary sauna session must be redeemed between 6–26 October 2025.

• All sign-ups must be completed by Sunday 5 October 2025.
