Sam Packer

Join Sam to explore the experience of mind, body and soul through mindful movement, breathwork and stillness. The nuances of his teachings are sensous and connective as yoga is a tool and vehicle for self exploration and understanding.  Sam will share this beautiful practice with each of you, his classes will have a  musical/ instrumental ambience to assist and will be a wonderful companion to deepen your experience and practice.  You will be guided to meditative stillness, to ease the fluctuations of the mind, finding balance and harmony and to connect to the body intimately. Sam’s classes  provide a safe, open and comfortable space for each of you to open the heart and mind to the experience of life,  keeping them fun too.
