Sarah Coles

Sarah embarked on her yoga journey in response to injuries from weightlifting, initially approaching it as a means to enhance mobility and flexibility at the gym. Despite reservations about her patience and flexibility, she soon discovered otherwise. Her affection for Vinyasa flow classes grew as she witnessed the increasing strength in her body. What began as a physical practice gradually permeated her daily life, leading her to realise that yoga transcends mere postures. Through yoga, she found newfound patience, cultivating a reflective and responsive approach rather than reacting impulsively. For Sarah, this marked the beginning of authentic yoga practice.

I aim to create a safe space for students to be able to grow in their practice, and to feel the benefits yoga can offer, both on and off the mat!
