With a background in Naturopathy & Natural Health, Tiana views Yoga & Pilates as a holistic practice that nourishes the Body & Mind.

Tiana has completed over 500hrs of studies in Yoga, training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Pranayama and Meditation, alongside being a qualified pilates instructor. 

By blending movement, breath, mindfulness, and holistic health, she aims to guide people of all levels to feel empowered, balanced, and deeply connected in both Yoga and Pilates.
